poor customer service, over all fit and finish is ok. 7/18/2012

The customer srevice was average at best. Kris Kripal was my customer service rep, bad at communication, did not call for updates concerning delays in time completed. The so called pics when car was in service number was 2!!! only 2 picks of what was being done to the car. Lets get to the fit and finish of the product, IS250 was rear ended, so the replacement bumber was not fit very well, had a big gap on the left side, they had to take the car back to try and refit the bumper on the day of pick up. Over spray of paint was all over the car, I guess they didnt realize it gets between the doors. Car smells like paint. All in all my experince with this shop was not very good. I wuold not recommend this shop to any other people. more

The work done on my Honda Civic with done in a timely manner and the results were excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating which is always appreciated. They will be highly recommended and I look forward to returning to get more work done on my car. more

Great Experience 6/15/2012

Excellent Service 5/29/2012

I wrecked my car, it was towed to Bay City by in insurance co. (Safeco) Robert was my rep. He made his initial call and the rest is history. I was sent a daily email with photos and updates on the progress. When Robert had problems ordering parts he let me know. The whole experiance was excellent. I picked up my car, was given a full and complete list of labor and parts. I would defenatly recommend Bay City Auto Body. Thank you, Kelly more

Just got in a minor car accident with my 1 week old car. My car had a small dent, scratched bumper & headlights. Went to Bay Cities upon the recommendation of the car dealership. They fixed everything in 4 days. My car now looks good as new with no trace of the accident. Thank You Bay Cities! more

Very punctual!! 4/16/2012

I've used Bay Cities Auto Body in the past. The gentleman I worked with actually helped me in the last month. One time the insurance recommended them and the second time, I went to Bay Cities Auto Body again. Overall, it was a positive experience. They sent me a text updating me on the progress, which I liked. Everything was done on time exactly when he said. Bay Cities Auto Body was very prompt. It meant a lot. They were very punctual, which was the main thing for me. more

Every time I have gone to Bay Cities Auto Body I have received exceptional care. They have assisted me in getting a rental car. They get the work done with no delays. All the work is done well. My car looks just as good as it did before the accident. more
