I always recommend Bavarian Werkstatte. I used to carry extra business cards to hand out to people. It's always been wonderful going there. He really goes out of his way to make sure things happen, even if it seems impossible at first. I've been going there since they first got in that little shop before they moved. It's very personal service. They know you, they like you, and they know exactly everything that's going on with your car as well as everything they've already done. You don't have to go through the whole vehicle history ever time. Their work is excellent. They have a lot of good, solid credentials for doing the work that they do. more

They're trustworthy, dependable, and genuine. 11/18/2013

We've had suspension issues and some fluid leaks fixed by Bavarian Werkstatte. They seem to be very knowledgeable and there's rarely a problem that they can't diagnose themselves. They are friendly and know what they're doing. more

Great service, great customer service 11/2/2013

We had to have some minor pats replaced to pass inspection and they had them in stock and replaced them within a hour same day. The also came in on a saturday (normally closed) to change our starter after it failed since we had to be back in Vegas on Sunday. Great people, great service, great price! more

Chris from Bavarian Werkstatte was very informative very open about everything going on. He educated me about everything and I thought he was very reasonable. He did a 60,000 mile checkup and then he also did follow up work where he replaced a valve in the car. more

I just moved down here to Washington but I was in town a couple of years ago and I had brake problems. Bavarian Werkstatte did a good job and took care of my brakes. When I recently moved down here, I had an annual check up that I needed. I went back to them because they do a good job and they seem very knowledgeable. more

Very inexpensive 9/9/2013

My experience was very good. I have a BMW 535i and I brought them in for lubrication and rear brakes. I walked in and they were very accommodating. They went right to work on the car and had it ready when they said it would. It was cleaned up and the work that they did was good. They were very inexpensive. The repair shop is about 25 miles from me, but I plan to use them again in the future. If you have a BMW take it there instead of Las Vegas. It was considerably less expensive. more

Great service, great people, and a fair price. 8/21/2013

I have a BMW and the technician at Bavarian Werkstatte knows everything about it whereas mechanics down here in Mesquite are not quite too sure. I've been going there just this past year, since I only got the car two years ago. They're very good, very cordial, very nice, and they speak my kind of language. They don't talk down to me or nothing like that. Absolutely go there. They're fair, they're not crooks, and they won't give you a snow job. more

I take my BMW to Bavarian Werkstatte for regular oil changes and other general inspections. Any time I go there, he really looks at my car and does a great job with the service. more

No one else will ever touch my MINI again! 7/28/2013

I loaded my beloved 2002 MINI on a tow dolly and dragged her to Chris and his crew fearing the worst. She had started to overheat and everyone told me she was done for. Just minutes after arriving Chris had me hopeful that there would be more road trips. Chris immediately saw the broken hose that others had missed. He showed me that no water had mixed with the oil and clean shiny spark plugs—all indications that the engine remained sound. He explained how the thermostat had probably gotten stuck and the science behind it and I left his shop confident in his ability to resurrect my baby. Having budgeted for an engine rebuild, I gave Chris the OK to fix her up. New brakes on all four, new shocks, new hoses, filters, fluids, and replacing the faulty thermostat and fan installed by the shop who will not be named. He got everything tight and detailed and she feels like a new MINI. No one but Chris and his team will ever touch my MINI again. more
