I am very unhappy about my invoice. I took my car in for an inspection and told them about a few problems that I knew were would fail me on: A check engine light and a weird grind...

How Could I Not? 4/3/2014

How could I not provide feedback when yesterday's pickup of my car once again showed why I will not take my cars anywhere else? In addition to a 70,000 mile maintenance, the brakes were squeaking. When Chuck and the guys realized that there was a slight incompatibility in the brake materials they had installed last Fall, they went ahead and replaced the entire brake sets, front and back with full warranty. Only when I went to pay was I told of this. AFTER THEY HAD FOUND IT, FIXED IT AND OWNED IT! As efficient and busy as they are, I almost do not want to post this so that they are not overwhelmed by how many car owners should be taking their vehicles to them. Almost.....but there you have it anyway. Integrity and excellence should not be kept a secret. more

I was called several times during the day to update me on the status of my car. I was also informed that the initial estimate was cut in half because a simpler solution solved the problem. Only automotive shop in Pittsburgh that I would go to. more

People who genuinely take pride in their work 2/21/2014

No one there is satisfied with a job done 'okay.' Everyone working there is interested in making you satisfied with the work you need done on your vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable, fair, & honest. If you just want cheap, slapdash repair, go somewhere else. If you care about your car and those who ride in it, let these guys do it right. more
