Fantastic service and very friendly. I submitted a request for an appoinment online and was contacted very quickly to make arrangements to bring my car in for inspection and oil change. They were very efficient and honest about repairs needed. I am female with little interest or knowledge in cars and have found them to be honest and very professional in all of my visits. It was a very pleasant experience as usual, I recommend them to all of my friends. more

Estimate way off 11/7/2013

I needed a new highlight and the estimate provided was $30 ( I told them what make, model, and year my car was). When they put the headlight in, though, the actual proce was $150 - ouch! However, they did take me right away and I love this place so I still highly recommend them. more

I also explained my financial situation (poor) and they tried everything they could to help, such as make sure the O2 sensor was no longer malfunctioning after replacing the cat, instead of just replacing it as well. And I'm pretty sure they threw in a pair of new windshield wipers. :-) After the fact, I looked at the parts and labor costs, and found that they were very reasonable, if not better than other places I have been in the past. The car now rides like a dream: quiet, no rumbles, squeaks or other ""rough"" noises as I mentioned before. Good job Baum Blvd Auto!\r more

Nathan and Brett were quick and efficient about putting four new tires on my car. Out of any mechanic I've ever gone to, these guys have been the most straightforward with prices and diagnostics. I told them I'd rather have some of the other work done by my friend, but they found a bunch of things wrong with my car, and provided me with a list anyway. Good Guys, and Great service. I will be recommending them to everyone.\r more

Overall the service there was great! This is my second time taking a car there. This time it was a complete 55K mile Audi service which seemed to go quite smoothly and include a couple of other repairs I requested. The only issue this time was that when replacing the cabin pollen filter, the tech forgot to put the bolts box in the glove compartment and now the dash rattles. I will be back in first thing Monday morning to get this corrected. more

I started using Baum Boulevard Automotive exclusively years ago after they correctly fixed a problem one of the chain repair stores had repeatedly and expensively misdiagnosed. Consistently courteous and professional, they've continued to earn my trust over the years. Come here if you want to be treated with dignity and to have your car fixed correctly and at a fair price. If you want to overpay and have it done wrong, go to one of the chain stores. If you want to have it done correctly and pay way too much take your car to the dealership. more

Non-nonsense repairs only and good suggestion for avoiding issues in the future (I had excessive wear on the left, front tire, so they recommended alignment after replacing that one tire). more
