They will bill my insurance and if I have a amount not covered by my plan they have always informed me and provided me with financial options to best fit into my budget. We made the mistake of going twice. The last visit in my wife asked what our insurance covers, they simply told her that we were covered for two cleanings a year. My wife had her teeth cleaned and then a month later we received a bill for $75, which was 'our portion of the cost of cleaning'. The first visit they wouldn't explain the $150 charge, just that it was what the insurance wouldn't cover just that if we didn't pay it, we would go to collections. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was the x-rays that my wife had done. After the second trip in I called the insurance provider and they told me that the charges from Battle Ground Dental are absurdly high and recommended I find a dentist who would work for the prices that the insurance company pays, which seem reasonable to me. Don't even bother trying to go see them, they are not at all friendly and simply threaten collections when you ask them to remove a ridiculous fee. more

One would think this dentist office was in downtown Chicago not Battle Ground Washington based on their fees. I was shocked with the just shy of 300.00 bill for my husband to have his teeth cleaned. As part of that fee my husband was charged almost 80.00 to go back for a second visit (the dentist wasn't able to see him after his cleaning) to be told he had perfect teeth and no cavities. This was after my husband told the office staff to just call me if he had cavities that he needed to go back and have filled. We own a business and the second visit cost us lost income. I recently went down the street to a new dentist and had my teeth cleaned a panoramic ex-ray and exam for less than 100.00. This dentist (who has been acknowledged for his superior cosmetic dentistry) also did 2 crowns for me for less than what Battle Ground Dental charged me for ONE! more

The entire staff at Battle Ground Dental is extremely friendly and helpful. They know what they are doing, front and back office. We all know that no one is perfect, so we should not throw stones.....everyone makes a mistake now and then. I have never had a bad experience at Battle Ground Dental. Rhonda, the Office Manager of this dental office is so rude that, as a potential client looking for another dentist, I EMPHATICALLY will NOT be considering this office and I will not recommend this office to anyone! Rhonda is abrasive, rude, condescending, and then hangs up on people, without being provoked. If you confront her about how this behavior is severely unprofessional, she will repeat her bad behavior again!!!!! If she's willing to treat a potential customer this way, imagine how she will act if she believes she has a reason to be cross with you as a patient!
