We made the mistake of going twice. The last visit in my wife asked what our insurance covers, they simply told her that we were covered for two cleanings a year. My wife had her teeth cleaned and then a month later we received a bill for $75, which was 'our portion of the cost of cleaning'. The first visit they wouldn't explain the $150 charge, just that it was what the insurance wouldn't cover just that if we didn't pay it, we would go to collections. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was the x-rays that my wife had done. After the second trip in I called the insurance provider and they told me that the charges from Battle Ground Dental are absurdly high and recommended I find a dentist who would work for the prices that the insurance company pays, which seem reasonable to me.
Don't even bother trying to go see them, they are not at all friendly and simply threaten collections when you ask them to remove a ridiculous fee.
