When I wanted to remodel my shower, I checked with some people about a few different companies. Bathmasters seemed to be the best choice in terms of service. They did an excellent job. The shower had to be completely ripped out, down to the wood, and everything had to be rebuilt. They were easy to work with, took great pride in their work, and did it well. I have told many people that my experience with Bathmasters was the best I have ever had with someone working on my home, and I have done a lot of remodeling both here in Alabama and in Florida. Bathmasters redid my shower. I decided to use them because of the initial consultation and estimate I got from the man who came out to my house. The man was very nice, as nice as he could be. He was pleasant and informative but not pushy. I felt that I could trust him. I also liked the materials he showed me. I got another estimate as well but was not impressed with the salesperson from that company. I am very happy with the way everything turned out and would definitely recommend Bathmasters. more

I decided to use Bathmasters after the initial presentation they made. They were genuine in explaining to me what they offered, which in turn made me feel more comfortable. It did not feel like a sales pitch. My experience with them was excellent. They showed up promptly, told us how long the work was going to take and never went over that time. Also, they did a very good job cleaning up afterward. Bathmasters was a pleasant company to work with from start to finish. They transformed the shower in one bathroom and did an entire remodel in the other bathroom. The results exceeded our expectations. They had showed us pictures beforehand, so we knew what it could look like, but it turned out even better. The remodel enhanced the bathrooms so much. They are true to their word and tell you exactly what you are going to get. They also work with you to make sure it is the way you want it. There are no extra costs or hidden fees.
