Review content:
I decided to use Bathmasters after the initial presentation they made. They were genuine in explaining to me what they offered, which in turn made me feel more comfortable. It did not feel like a sales pitch.
My experience with them was excellent. They showed up promptly, told us how long the work was going to take and never went over that time. Also, they did a very good job cleaning up afterward.
Bathmasters was a pleasant company to work with from start to finish. They transformed the shower in one bathroom and did an entire remodel in the other bathroom.
The results exceeded our expectations. They had showed us pictures beforehand, so we knew what it could look like, but it turned out even better. The remodel enhanced the bathrooms so much.
They are true to their word and tell you exactly what you are going to get. They also work with you to make sure it is the way you want it. There are no extra costs or hidden fees.
It is rare to have a sales venture that goes so smoothly, but this one did.
