I am writing this email to give a compliment to your sales and service department. My husband and I have only owned Subaru's, so naturally when we decided it was time to trade in our 08' Outback we went looking for another. We purchased a 2011 in October from your dealership. We experienced a bit of difficulty mechanically with it. We brought it right into your service department and had them look at it. The service department did their best to remedy the issue. Obviously, we were discouraged because we love the way Subaru's drive and we knew that something was not right. Joe Newton- what can we say, he listened to me many times and worked with us every step of the way to get us into a new Outback. He came in on his day off to test drive my car with me and he listened to my husband, who wasn't as nice as I was. He did so with a sincerity that is a credit to your dealership. After a long process and discussions with Karen Quinn, who was also fantastic, Subaru with no questions asked agreed to buy the car back. Two days after the agreement, Chris Ledoux in sales called me. He listened to me, answered and returned all of my calls in a timely manner and was able to get me the car I wanted after searching and searching. We were able to test drive the new Outback for a couple of days, Chris called me to check in during this time. We felt valued and heard. When we arrived to finalize the process, we brought our young son who is 4. He was a bit temperamental at the time. Chris was awesome, he read and explained the manuals with him and spoke to us while he was doing it. He really made us feel so great! He was nothing but professional, genuine and he showed us that he valued his customers. We love our new Outback! It is the car that we know to drive!
