Excellent Company 12/14/2015

I have dealt with Bass Air Conditioning for years. They provide excellent service when you are buying the unit and for the many years it is in operation. Eddie Simmons helped me purchase the right unit for my needs and wants. I paid a more to get an energy efficient unit with lifetime warranties on the major parts. I was happy with the installation crew and the fact that a Bass employee came out and made sure the job was done right and was operating well a few days after the installation. They did this completely on their own without a call from me. I highly recommend them. more

Randy has worked with us on our unit installed by Bass for quite some time. He has always provided excellent, professional service, and goes the extra mile to make sure our situation receives good care. We've had a puzzling situation arise, and Randy has made every effort to search for the answer, even giving us his personal cell number for weekend issues that might arise. He has persevered and worked out the issue, while at the same time recovering from a horrendous, life altering accident. He knows us, is eager to get things working correctly for us, and provides the level of service any customer would want. He is an excellent ambassador for Bass, representing the company in a manner that brings pride to the name, Bass. more

Bass Air Conditioning 10/22/2015

The service technician, Eddie Faircloth, was on time, figured out the issue, had to leave to go and pick up the part and worked outside in the dark to ensure our heating system worked before he departed. Thanks Bass for having such a dedicated employee. more

Efficient Service 10/12/2015

Kenny H. always provides great service. Friendly...efficient....provides tips and service info. Although I think the yearly maintenance fee is way to high, what choice do you have. Overall, Bass Air is a very good company. Kenny H. is the best of their service techs. more

Eddie and Kenny are top notch technicians. They answer my calls at any time and respond quickly and professionally. These two techs keep Snyder Memorial Baptist Church HVAC system running smoothly. They are the best and I am more than pleased with all they do for us. I would recommend them to anyone! You should give them a raise and maybe clone them. more
