Mr. Ricky is a great technician. He is always on time, and if he is running late he will call and let you know that he will not be on time. The best thing about Mr. Ricky is when you have a problem with your unit he can repair it and the customer doesn't have to do any call backs. When he says it is repaired, it is repaired. Heating Repair 12/23/2016

Eddie responded to a heating issue after normal business hours during a period where temperatures were below freezing. In a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue and our unit was outputting warm air. He also took the time to explain the issue and what he did to correct the problem. He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Bass Air Conditioning for its services and the professionalism of its employees. more

Professional, came in and took off shoes and wore covers. Came and told me no problem with unit, unit was old and out dated, he call for a sale tech to come and give me an estimate for a new unit, the sale tech called and offer three prices Great service!. more
