Hal S......came out on time and made repairs in a professional and timely way....he was a very personable individual...he has been employed with Bass Air for 31 years....that speaks volumes....especially these days!!! We've had a contract with Bass for over 20 years and have them tune up our heater and ac unit annually. This was our first time having Robert L. do the job. Their office called us when he was enroute. Robert L. did a thorough and clean job. We will gladly continue our contract with Bass. more

After the storm,May a.c. Would not come on.Called Bass,they sent Eddie F to look at my system.It had been under water from the rain.They gave me my options,and I will decide.Have been using Bass for a while,always good service. more
