I only did delivery here because I don't have time to go and drop off during the weekday. The manager or boss person Richard was very attentive on the phone. Granted I always keep my clothes in good condition, but my suit, dress shirt and AX faux fur sweater came back in awesome condition! They also delivered on time as promise more

Top-notch 6/16/2011

I use three drycleaners depending on what I am having cleaned. Barry Regent is my go-to, top-notch, high end cleaner. I use them for things I have made that need a final pressing, things that need some love and are worth a mint, and generally delicate things that I wouldn't trust to any other business. more

I've used this place twice so far: once to have a pair of jeans altered, and once to have a pair of suits dry cleaned. They did a great job on the pants. The original hem was excellent, and they fit perfectly now. I was quoted a week, and they were ready on time. more

price was totally reasonable 6/6/2011

I brought in my 3 year old down winter coat because it was in the worst shape you have ever seen. The inside lining was all ripped up, the outside armpit of one of the sleeves had a hole and feathers were escaping, the buttons for the hood were literally hanging on by a thread and I asked BR to fix all of this. I love this coat and it is worth it to have it repaired vs going out and buying a new one. When they were inspecting the coat I got the feeling that the outlook was grim, they were discussing replacing the lining and were shocked at how many holes were in the seams. They told me it would take two weeks to repair. I waited and went to pick it up and I was so happy. The coat looks as good as it did when I first purchased it. They sewing repairs they did are impeccable. I really wasn't expecting to be as pleased as I was. And the best part is that the price was totally reasonable even before the Groupon was deducted. I was expecting to pay at least $100 (I also brought in a wool coat to have cleaned) and it was much less than that. more

I'd give this place 5 stars. I still go here when I need any of my better clothes cleaned, and that's because they do a phenomenal job. Ivory pants got splattered with mud? No problem. Red wine on my white jacket? Sure, they can probably get that out. more

They have done a great job for me and I like that they manage everything on a computer. I liked my last dry cleaner until she lost my pants and forced me into an uncomfortable Seinfeld moment. I will say that everyone is extraordinarily professional. more

Some of my friends told me that it was a great place to go and they doa great job. Now I trust Barry Regent Clnrs with all my blouses and skirts. Not only that, but they tailor clothes as well. This is a very conveinient place to go and I recommend it to everyone. more

I don't generally buy clothes that require dry cleaning, because I'm cheap and because I don't trust other people to handle my clothes. I think that stems from my mother "misplacing" (see: trashing) my favorite pair of pants when I was like 10 years old because they were thread-bare and sad. Anyhoo, back to Barry Regent. I attended a wedding... And let's just say a nice young lady on my shuttle back to our hotel had a little "accident" (see: spinach dip + open bar for 4 hours) in my frickin' lap!! That's right. You're thinking what I'm thinking.... It's the worst thing I think that can ever happen, ESPECIALLY when I was wearing such a pretty dress!!! So I'm totally embarrassed to bring this into the cleaners because it smells terrible and I don't want them to think that I threw up on myself!!! (I did rinse it out at the hotel, but trust me, that didn't do much.) Long story short, they cleaned it, it's clean. No markings or spinach remnants in sight. THANK GOD!! more

It is definitely worth it!!! 5/2/2011

Barry Regent is a great dry cleaner that has been around forever. I have had every sort of service done here: from dry cleaning to alterations to having a very expensive couture sweater "blocked". But what I really have to give them 5 stars for is the work they did on hemming all of my designer jeans. They will alter the inseam but keep the original hem which is very important for jeans that cost a small fortune. It is definitely worth it!!! more

I've been going here for a few years 4/20/2011

I've been going here for a few years and have never had a problem - in fact, a few times they got stains out when I wasn't sure what they were. Once I noticed a stain that didn't come out so they redid it and refunded my money. Since I travel a lot I love that they offer same day service. more
