I used Dr. Dixon in 08 and he did a fantastic job. He repaired torn ligaments on my left foot and removed a bone from my left foot. Is calm and listens to you. I would highly recommend him and have referred to friends who have also shared the same experiences. more

Unfortunately have to concur with the sentiments about the office staff. Don't expect to receive any feedback from them even when you try and settle an account. more

The office staff is rude and will claim you owe money you do not. They send you to collections then refuse to tell you why you owe the money. They charged my debit card illegally. Even their bank reversed the charge. The collection agency dropped the claim because the rude staff at the office would not even work with them. Now I have a mark on my credit because of a bill I do not owe. The office refuses to explain the bills and they add money to the bill every time you contact them. I gave up contacting them and just explain the problem if anyone is concerned about the charge. They are taking people's money illegally. Stay away and NEVER sign anything or give them a credit or debit card. more

I have had problems with athletes foot for as long as I can remember. I saw this doctor one time and he took one look and new how to treat it. He told me that it would take up to 3 weeks, but 10 days later it was all gone. I am the happiest guy alive. I can show my feet to my girlfriend again. more

I love this doctor. He is an excellect surgeon. I have had pain in my big toe for as long as I can remember. He sat down and spoke with me directly about the options. Surgery was my best option. He told me what to expect and the front office told me how much my bill would be. I am 8 weeks out from surgery and my toe is perfect. I have no more pain or trouble fitting in shoes. I can work again without pain. more

I can understand the confusion that some of the other comments have posted. Insurance these days is confusing. more

I only had to see this doctor a couple of times to get full relief from my terrible heel pain. He explained everything very easily and showed me pictures of the problem. more

Front office rude, unhelpful in checking why there was a $105.00 additional charge on my bill. They sent the charge to a collection agency which when asked what wa the charge for they told me to call Dr.Dixon's office which I did and they said to ask the collection agency. The agency (which is not listed with the Georgia Secretary of State. Then sent it to the credit breau. Pros: He does fast work Cons: Check his billing more

The front office is rude,they overcharged and will do nothing about ,they used my credit card without my consent.I went in for numbness in my toe and was charged over 1,000. On the insurance claim the diagnosis was a sprained ankle. Cons: OFFICE AND BILLING TERRIBLE more

Do not ever use this provider!!! I am very concerned about how they run their billing dept. They automatically charged my debit card for an invoice that wasn't even past due and also charged me a $5 dollar fee to run my card that I did not even authorize. Extremely rude over the phone when I called to ask why their billing dept has a right to charge my card without me even knowing it. I am terrified because they still have my card on file! I reported this to my insurance company as well because they even received payment from them and yet still treated a patient this way! Use a different provider and don't ever pay anything up front with a debit or credit card. Cons: this provider is a scam artist more

Do not go here. I went to see this doctor years ( 2 years) ago, and we paid everything in the office for the entire visit. I did not make a follow-up appointment, because my primary care physician could take care of any further issues (especially since all the doctor did was cause me more PAIN!!!). Well, about three days ago, I got a letter from a credit bureau saying that I owed $40!!! Oh my god!!! I called the collection agency, and they said to call the doctor's office. When I called, the finance department representative WAS EXTREMELY RUDE and told me there is nothing she can do and that I made an appointment two and a half years ago and didn't come. Well, I never made an appointment, and they are simply attempting to overcharge past patients years later hoping they don't recall the whole incident. Well I do, and I am letting you all know that this company is fraudently trying to collects false bills!!! Pros: nothing Cons: everything is sketchy!!! more

Our experience with the Dr. went well. Surgery was needed. Dr. Dixon was very reassuring and did a wonderful job with the surgery. He is very young. My son said Peter Parker (Spiderman) came to mind when he met Dr. Dixon. I did get the feeling that I was getting ""The Bum's Rush"" after our first post-op follow-up, but up until then he had a great bedside manner. My Co-pay was starting to add up so I stopped going to the post op checks and x rays after the 3rd or so. He is a great Dr. and I do recommend Pros: Thumbs up. more
