Do not ever use this provider!!! I am very concerned about how they run their billing dept. They automatically charged my debit card for an invoice that wasn't even past due and also charged me a $5 dollar fee to run my card that I did not even authorize. Extremely rude over the phone when I called to ask why their billing dept has a right to charge my card without me even knowing it. I am terrified because they still have my card on file! I reported this to my insurance company as well because they even received payment from them and yet still treated a patient this way! Use a different provider and don't ever pay anything up front with a debit or credit card.
