There were no surprise charges 2/9/2011

They were really professional. I was in and out in a hurry. They kept me informed throughout the day. There were no surprise charges. They called and asked if they could replace my windshield wipers. I meant to tell them about those that morning but I forgot. They picked up my slack where I dropped the ball and fixed it for me. more

Saved me 10/8/2010

Wow ... Just took delivery of a 2011 Honda Pilot from Bob Barbour Honda. I shopped Goldsboro, Wilson, NewBern and Raleigh. Sele Mitchell and his team saved me over 2000.00 dollars and I got an extra 1000.00 for my trade. I'm a customer for life.......... more

first of all i felt no pressure at all from anyone, anybody that i came into contact with was very pleasent and helpful, it made me feel right at home, they didnt try to push me and they were very informative. more
