We had a strange noise on our '11 Honda Accord which we purchased in Vermont before moving to the Greenville area. Took it into Barbour's Service Center without an appointment. In less than an hour they had figured out the problem and fixed it. On top of that there was no charge!. I will be using them for all the work on our Honda. Friendly people with a can-do professional attitude. more

There were no surprise charges 2/10/2011

They were really professional. I was in and out in a hurry. They kept me informed throughout the day. There were no surprise charges. They called and asked if they could replace my windshield wipers. I meant to tell them about those that morning but I forgot. They picked up my slack where I dropped the ball and fixed it for me. more

When I got there, they pulled up my name and I filled out my paperwork. They got started on the car. He told me ahead of time how long it would take and an estimate of how much it would cost. more

Wow ... Just took delivery of a 2011 Honda Pilot from Bob Barbour Honda. I shopped Goldsboro, Wilson, NewBern and Raleigh. Sele Mitchell and his team saved me over 2000.00 dollars and I got an extra 1000.00 for my trade. I'm a customer for life.......... more

They are customer friendly and act like they care for us. they give us good recommendations and are always interested in what else we might need to have covered. they have wonderful facilities and a shuttle service. the customer waiting area is really comfortable. we are very pleased. more
