Cooke's?! Is this the same Cooke's Pest Control that was supposed to have that huge food distribution center, Won Feng Trading, under contract for pest and rodent control? The food distribution center that was shut down by the FDA and over a million dollars worth of food seized because of ?an active and widespread rodent infestation in the building, including live and dead rodents, rodent hair, rodent nesting material, evidence of rodent-gnawed food, and rodent urine"? I have been using this company for 20+ years. They are an excellent company to work with. They have extremely fair pricing and are always on time (and when/if they are not, they will call and let you know). They have an environmentally friendly pest control system they use upon request. I would never even think of switching to another company. Pros: Great pricing, great people! Cons: None! more

Excellent service / courteous & professional employees / very competitive rates / NO CONTRACTS. Backstory - moved into a newly built house and of with the weather being as hot as it has been for the past couple of years and all of the new construction going on around us, the insects were seeking cover anywhere they could get it. We had everything from crickets & wolf spiders to black widow & brown recluse trying to get into our new home. We relocated from a different county and tend to use local businesses because you just get better service - period. In the past, I've used several big name chains and their technician's only concern is to get you into a contract so they can meet their quota, get their commission check and do as little as possible. Why should I pay for a treatment if I don't want/need it or can work it into my schedule? Called Bango's on a referral and the service has been nothing short of excellent. We opted for a no-contract quarterly service (which means if we don't want/need it, we don't pay for it) and 6 months later with Bango's treating the outside perimeter, interior & crawlspace - no insects - at least alive anyway. Now I don't have to worry about what got in the house or going into my crawlspace dressed up in 6 layers of duct tape on my ankles & wrists & a ski mask (which it is always a treat for my neighbors to see) for fear of ending up with a nasty bite & a trip to the hospital. more

I have used several pest control companys in my career in realestate Thus far Bangos has proven to be the leader in customer service, knowledge in the field, pricing is fair and competitive. They are there when they say they will be. That is important, they are friendly curtious and easy to work with. They have done not only my personal home but several of my customers homes as well they are always I repeat always on the mark. I have been using Bango's Pest Control for many, many years. I find their pricing to be well below most of their competitors. Their employees are very knowledegable of the chemicals being used, as I am concerned about the chemicals being applied in and around my home, as I have children and pets and am also concerned about the environment, In the rare instance that I have had to call them back when experiencing a problem, they never charge me any additional fees. I appreciate the fact that they guarantee their work and don't require me to sign a contract I also like the fact that they are family owned and operated. In all the years that I've been with Bango's I've had no problems, and an overall VERY good experience with them. I would (and do) recommend them to my family, friends, neighbors,, etc. THEY OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR REFERRALS!!!!! I called several other pest control services in town and Bango's had the best prices. Their personnel showed on time, were knowledgeable and friendly and did an outstanding job. Pros: Great Price and Great Service Cons: none noted more

I've used Bango's to treat my home for the past 4 years. They are always very friendly and accomodating on the phone and their staff is equally considerate. Most importantly, we've noticed that pests are usually eliminated after their visit. (I say "usually" because there have been a time or two during the summer that we've not seen as big a dropoff in pests coming in...but they've offered to come out and spray again for free) Pros: Good, friendly service Cons: No termite monitoring more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There prices are way way too high. And never do a good job. They hate it when they have to come back and re-do a job. since they should have done it right in the first place. KEEP LOOKING. I HAVE HAD EXCELLENT RESULTS WITH COOKS PEST CONTROL. DO NOT USE BANGOS.. more
