Excellent service / courteous & professional employees / very competitive rates / NO CONTRACTS. Backstory - moved into a newly built house and of with the weather being as hot as it has been for the past couple of years and all of the new construction going on around us, the insects were seeking cover anywhere they could get it. We had everything from crickets & wolf spiders to black widow & brown recluse trying to get into our new home. We relocated from a different county and tend to use local businesses because you just get better service - period. In the past, I've used several big name chains and their technician's only concern is to get you into a contract so they can meet their quota, get their commission check and do as little as possible. Why should I pay for a treatment if I don't want/need it or can work it into my schedule? Called Bango's on a referral and the service has been nothing short of excellent. We opted for a no-contract quarterly service (which means if we don't want/need it, we don't pay for it) and 6 months later with Bango's treating the outside perimeter, interior & crawlspace - no insects - at least alive anyway. Now I don't have to worry about what got in the house or going into my crawlspace dressed up in 6 layers of duct tape on my ankles & wrists & a ski mask (which it is always a treat for my neighbors to see) for fear of ending up with a nasty bite & a trip to the hospital.
