Take your pet ANYWHERE but here. I was with them since the infancy of my dog (6+ years). He is not an old dog at 6 yrs. They repeatedly make appts & you end up sitting & waiting for an hour-1.5 hours. Most recently I had a serious issue w/my dog having extreme difficulty urinating. I attempted to bring him in as a walk in on a Tues & they proceeded to tell me they had nothing available until Thurs and that I should try the Casselberry Banfield! I told the staff to have the office manager (Joelle) call me as this is ridiculous as my pet is in need of care & cant wait 2 days. He underwent emergency surgery at another clinic or he would've died waiting for Banfield to get him in for surgery. They took my name & phone # down and said she would be in touch & never heard a thing from Joelle.I sent an e-mail to the Banfield corporate e-mail box on Monday & they stated someone from headquarters would contact me within 2 business days. I have heard nothing. They are negligent, are understaffed, have no sense of urgency, dont respond when they say they will, do not take any responsibility for errors made at their location, treat pets like a fast food restaurant, and all they care about is making money. All companies have employees that make mistakes and things happen all the time. How a company responds to problem situations is what determines integrity and whether you would use them again. They choose to try & ignore & sweep things under the rug. If you care about your pet, never under any circumstances take them here. When you need their services the most, they will fail you & you will be sorry. more

I rarely write a bad review but sometimes a situation warrants me to warn people about potential problems. I have been to this location twice now, the 1st time was Oct of 2009, my dogs had some intestinal parasites. They prescribed me 69 mg size baytril. I always look up on the internet what meds are, what they do. The vet tech gave me the wrong size. They gave me 23 mg instead. When i called them, they treated me like a criminal, and I had to make ANOTHER 80 minutes round trip to swap out the correct meds.No apology, absolutely nothing. On Nov 7th, 2010 Sunday I called and asked if I can make an appt. they said 3pm was fine but they were very busy, and said I might have to wait til 4pm to be seen. I said that was great. I was thankful someone besides an emergency vet was open on a sunday. I showed up on time. The african gal then says, "we are not taking any new clients".I was stunned. I said, I have been here before with my other dogs and I made an appointment. She said there was no way I would be seen today. Apparently this branch has some serious operational problems. They know how to make an appoinment, they just can not keeep it. I did swear at her and left with my dog bleeding from her neck. I made some calls and Valu-vet in Deltona, saw us very promptly and professionally. They know how to make an appoinment and to see you at the time they promised. As for my sweet dog, she had to be put down. Bless her... All of the above is 100 percent truthful and honest. more
