Horrible place! My experience with them before was good, but on 10/5/11, I took my cat in for a 3-year rabies shot, warning the vet that he hated shots. It took the vet three times to give the shot: The first time, I don't know what she was doing, but my cat screamed in pain as I was holding him, and he bit into my thumb. The vet leaves, saying she didn't give him a shot, but would be right back with an assistant to hold my pet. When she returned, I was washing my thumb and watched the vet put the needle right through my cat's leg and the serum poured out on the table. She didn't even notice until I yelled, "What are you doing, the needle's through the leg!". She apologized, rushed back to get another dose, which she finally got in. My cat screamed again. The vet was more concerned about filling out the insurance paper than she was about the well-being of my cat, saying, oh, he'll limp for a little bit, but if you see swelling bring him right back. Not only was this incompetency at it
