I ordered a 50th Birthday Balloon Bouquet on Feb 9th. As of today, April 18th, over 2 months later, several of the balloons are still fully inflated. The owner was so friendly and helpful on the phone when I placed the order. Today, she was genuinely excited when I called her to say how well her balloons held up. I highly recommend using her. Her creations are worth every penny! more

I live in Boca Raton Florida, and wanted to send my brother an out of this world balloon bouquet for his 50th birthday. After much google searching and many phone calls to places all over the city I decided to go with Balloons & Parties by Caroline. Her past reviews on her customer service and creativity sold me immediately. Needless to say Caroline could not have been more accommodating. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me kicking around ideas and my gut told me to just put it all in her hands. My brother received his ""Bouquet"" exactly at the time Caroline told me it would be delivered, and although I have not seen a picture yet (waiting for my email), I hear it is very impressive. I told Caroline I did not want something I can go get at Party City or any other commercial balloon company, and her creativity took over and from what I have been told she went above and beyond. Do not let the fact that she does not have a website deter you. She likes to keep things very personalized, and if you are anything like me, I prefer to shop in a ""boutique"" type atmosphere as opposed to a ""department store"". I highly recommend Caroline for any of your party needs, and I will absolutely be calling on her again. THANK YOU CAROLINE!!! more

I wasn't quite sure what to give my incredibly spoiled, materialistic (but beloved) 21-year-old niece for her recent birthday. My pockets aren't deep enough to buy her a gift that will excite her (like a $2,000 handbag). What to do? I decided to have a balloon bouquet delivered to her office in mid-town Manhattan. I found Caroline online and called her. She immediately understood what I wanted and she offered several helpful suggestions, including adding cookies to the balloon bouquet. The balloons were delivered promptly the next day. I know this because my very excited niece immediately called to thank me and to invite me to join her parents and her for dinner. She described the bouquet as ""massive"" and sent me a photo of them tethered to her cubicle. They were great. And I'm happy because she was happy. Thanks Caroline. Pros: Quality. Reliability. Caroline is wonderful- she has great ideas and I am so glad I took her suggestion of covering my entire ceiling with balloons for a dinner party. She used metallic ribbon and it transformed my apartment into wonderland. As soon as my friends walked in and saw the spectacular scene, they were delighted and it made the evening so much more fun! Oh my god! I just have called the company to ask if they have cartoon characters (especially Ben 10) for my son's birthday. But the reprisentitive was really rude and did not need to give an answer then shut the phone off. Pros: Such a rude staff.. more

I contacted her for invitations and favors for my daughter's wedding and within less than an hour she gave me fabulous suggestions for every aspect of the wedding. She started by making some simple changes to an invitation I chose which gave it the look of elegance I wanted, she found a caterer who would work best with me; she matched me with a fabulous florist to fit my budget and even helped me put a beautiful bridal shower together. Through it all Caroline demonstrated endless patience as my daughter and I disagreed on choices. She always managed to find just the thing that made both of us happy. Balloons & Parties by Caroline is an amazing party-planning service. The owner, Caroline, provided me with the classiest ""save the dates"" and invitations for my wedding (with very reasonable prices). She also recommended and actively helped me contact the sight, caterer, flower provider, and calligrapher for my wedding-- and she followed through and made sure everything was flowing smoothly until the day I got married. I don't think I could have received more professional, personal, and detail-oriented services from anywhere else! Pros: Personal attention, patience, full-service planning more
