Balloons & Parties by Caroline is an amazing party-planning service. The owner, Caroline, provided me with the classiest ""save the dates"" and invitations for my wedding (with very reasonable prices). She also recommended and actively helped me contact the sight, caterer, flower provider, and calligrapher for my wedding-- and she followed through and made sure everything was flowing smoothly until the day I got married. I don't think I could have received more professional, personal, and detail-oriented services from anywhere else!
