the service and treatments are great. i live in ct and travel here 2 or 3 times a yr. to visit family. i will always make a appt for a day at this spa more

It was wonderful to have a tranquil experience at Balensi Spa. I love the fact that you can feel so pampered in a quiet, unique, cozy, and beautiful destination that is so close to my home in the South Bay area. I have already recommended Balensi Spa to friends and family and will be back again! more

My thoughts 11/5/2011

I love everything about Balensi Spa! The second you walk thru the door, you feel relaxed. The water feature out front welcomes you, the music fits the spa, the staff is always friendly, and of course Jean Michael and his wife. I will keep telling people of my experience. This like no other spa!!! more

Balensi Spa is awesome. I squeezed getting a facial into my super busy day by making an appointment the same day and I was almost an hour running late but they still let me in. I love getting my facial here! more

It is a very nice, clean, calm atmosphere. I got permanant make up on my eyebrows and they turned out very nice. I just wish the person who did it was more talkative. more

Unprofessional treatment 10/28/2011

I had an appointment for lips permanent make up.The person who was going to do this was in a rush and wasn't willing to even answer my questions. But the most ridiculous thing was that he said he is not going to draw what he's going to tattoo before he starts the procedure and check with me to make sure I like it. All this didn't seem to me professional and I didn't feel I could trust this person. So I went to another place with a great customer service. more

Permanent Brows...Unfortunately! 10/28/2011

I went in to Balensi Spa to get some Permanent Brows...when I left they looked great. But just a couple of days later I could see that they were terrible! One brow had been done with thick/short lines and thick gaps beween them, the other brow was done in thin/long lines with thin gaps between them. I made an appt and returned about 2 weeks later only to be told that I must have slept on my brows and if I wanted them redone there would be another charge! I was outraged! I told them that I do not sleep on my brows and that this was just how poorly they were done! I then asked for them to just fix them & if I had to pay, that's what I would do. They redid them and again when I left they looked great...and they said they would not charge me, so I was thankful...but again a couple of days later they looked the same as they did the first time! I cannot believe that this person was given a certification to even do this very permanent procedure. I am one very unhappy customer and will never return to Balensi Spa! more

I just got back from Happy Hour at the Spa... Wow ! Is all I can say the service, starting with the girl at the desk.. she is polite and sweet, then Vanessa did my facial, she was awesome and very professional. Actually the entire staff is very professional . I cant wait to go again ! Thank you Ladies ! more

Always a relaxing experience at Balensi 10/26/2011

I have been to Balensi a number of times for massage and facials. I have always had a very good experience. The ambience is good and very relaxing. Everyone of the staff is nice and friendly. I will definitely be going back. There is no other place better to pamper one's self than Balensi. Thank you guys! more

Relaxed and refreshed 10/26/2011

I had 2 hours of absolute joy. My facial was amazing and I saw an instant improvement in my skin. It went from dull to glowing. The massage not only relaxed me, but it helped my sore muscles and made me feel great. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish! I will be going back again! more

I never wanted to leave 10/20/2011

Today I received a deep tissue massage and under arm waxing. I had an overall wonderful experience. Arleen is a fantastic massage therapist. My waxing treatment went very well. I like the fact she never double dipped the stick in the wax. Very clean. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I like this day spa a lot. more

I had a massage and a cranberry facial. Both treatments were very relaxing and pleasant. The spa itself if very comfortable and inducive to relaxation. I have been going to Balensi spa for quite a few years and will continue to go. more

Deep tissue massage 10/17/2011

I'm an avid biker and my lags and back often ache. Briselda was very knowledgeable and took care of all my aches. Not too hard, not too soft, just right. The location is very convenient, the spa is great and the attention is perfect. So why not 5 starts? In my opinion, the massage area requires a little larger dedicated space to put my clothes and personal effects. more
