I went in to Balensi Spa to get some Permanent Brows...when I left they looked great. But just a couple of days later I could see that they were terrible! One brow had been done with thick/short lines and thick gaps beween them, the other brow was done in thin/long lines with thin gaps between them. I made an appt and returned about 2 weeks later only to be told that I must have slept on my brows and if I wanted them redone there would be another charge! I was outraged! I told them that I do not sleep on my brows and that this was just how poorly they were done! I then asked for them to just fix them & if I had to pay, that's what I would do. They redid them and again when I left they looked great...and they said they would not charge me, so I was thankful...but again a couple of days later they looked the same as they did the first time! I cannot believe that this person was given a certification to even do this very permanent procedure. I am one very unhappy customer and will never return to Balensi Spa!
