This was actually the 3rd vehicle purchase we have have had with Nissan. Our first vehicle purchased was a 2003 Altima then a 2004 Murano. The exceptional level of professionalism being shown by many of the sales staff most especially the friendly Ms. Vanessa Richards who did all she could to make sure that our visit will be a worthwhile experience, her Sales Manager, Mr. Michael Luna who made us feel we are part of the family and lastly the Finance guy, Mr. James Thompson who did all his best to make sure that we will have the best deal that we personally wanted. I came in with a particular car in mind - one I had the stock number for off of the web. I was quickly met by Iggy in the parking lot and did a quick test drive of he vehicle. This was the 4th Maxima I have purchased so was fairly familiar with the car. Agreement to purchase went smoothly, Iggy was very helpful and I was taken up to finish the paper work. Dain was also very helpful and even agreed to meet with me the following day to clarify a few questions I had. My husband was out of the country and Iggy offered to follow me home in order for me to take delivery of my new car. Very generous indeed. This is the 6th Nissan we have purchased and my daughter has purchased 3. Of the 9, 6 have been from this dealership and we have been very pleased with the process and the after sale service that Nissan provides. more

I went in looking for another Nissan, as I already own one, and I love my 0.9% financing. Unsure of what I was looking for I headed to the used car area and a salesman approached me. Franklin couldn’t have been more accommodating and showed me a 4 door Jeep that just came in on trade. Even though it was late he had the last remaining mechanic lower it from the rack so i could see the inside. It looked great so he had the mechanic close the hood so we could take it for a test drive. I was sold on it immediately and returned from the test drive to start the dreaded paperwork. To my surprise, 5 minutes of talking with Franklin and I was approved. I went home to sleep on it and I returned the next evening, one more look at the Jeep and I knew that I had to have it. I went inside to complete the paperwork I couldn’t believe that they had all of my paperwork already printed, just a few signatures and initials and I was on my way. \r \r They made a normally painful situation really easy!\r Thanks to everyone at Baker who made this a pleasurable experience!!!\r more

I had a recent vehicle accident and I sent a request concerning a Nissan Altima online using Geicos Car Buying Service at night and received a call the very next morning. Sammy Vela, my dealer, was so concerned about my situation and was determined to help me out. The very next day, I went in and got the exact car that I wanted. I was so appreciative of their kindness and patience with me since I was the one that showed up unprepared but got it all accomplished. SHADY DEALER and BODY SHOP, STAY AWAY 1/14/2012

this dealer sucks and the same goes for all departments of the dealership, including the body shop. I was in a car accident (while pregnant mind you) and the person who hit me was the guilty party. their insurance would be paying for the entire accident and they had baker jackson nissan north as a ""preferred body shop."" i thought it seemed like a good choice considering it was a nissan dealer and my car was a nissan. after three weeks of having my car (i was rearended and pushed into the car in front of me so only had rear bumper and front bumper damage), we finally picked up my car. we asked what would happen if we got down the road or noticed a little later that something was still not right with the car; be it the alignment or whatever. they simply said ""bring it back!"" within an hour after picking up the car, we realized that the left side of my steering wheel controls weren't functioning. a feature that we definitely knew were working before, during and even after the accident because the buttons controlled the blue tooth and stereo controls of the car. we immediately brought it back to explain, and they quickly brushed it off as ""not being part of the accident"" and advised that it was too late, our ""claim was already closed"" with the third party insured. we would tend to agree that this problem wasn't related to the accident itself. HOWEVER, it was DIRECTLY related to the fact that Nissan had my car torn apart for 3 weeks and likely didn't put it back together properly (missing a sensor or a fuse, likely something very simple.) they refused to even look at my car to diagnose why the controls are no longer working. we are still dealing with this mess without resolution (fighting with Nissan, with the third party insurance company, etc.) no matter if we receive positive resolve, the fact that this happened, the way we were treated in the meantime and how difficult they were overall, I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone nor their body shop. i feel like the whole thing is quite a scam, and probably what they do to ultimately get more money. soon after, i spoke with a family member that advised a similar situation had happened to her. more

Pretty good place 11/2/2011

Enjoyable process throughout. They seemed to take a lot ofmtimentonactually educate the employees on there products, they could answer just about every question I had. I also had a few things to be added to the car later and they actually CALLED and scheduled it for me, I didn't have to call and bother them! Overall I reanny enjoyed it, they seem to actually try and make it as pleasant as possible. I would recommend them. more

Not a good dealership 2/18/2011

We've had problems with Baker Jackson North AND Peacock in the past. We prefer Mossy, but they didn't have the car we wanted and this one did. After spending several hours out there trying to switch the least we had out, my husband was told he had good credit/payment history but there were no lease specials and they couldn't trade the current lease in for a new lease. They aren't desperate to sell cars, apparently because they just don't do anything. They also said you have to have a 700+ credit score to lease and my husband has been leasing for years (even before his credit was developed). Other dealerships like Mossy care about catering to their loyal customers, but this one doesn't! more

My sales rep, Paul Morgan, walked me through every detail of their car choices, financing options, and what to expect as I made my final transaction. With no gimmicks and no tricks, Paul found a way to get us in the car we chose {Rogue} with a GREAT rate {6%}, and payments that are within our budget. I would recommend him to ANYONE!?! Paul stayed involved in the entire process and set up some features for us and showed us others before we left. \r The lengthy process of financing and registration was handled very well and to our satisfaction by Brian Le, the financial advisor. \r This company overly and abundantly exceeded my expectations; I will most defiantly continue purchases with them. \r The subsequent trip haome to Louisiana and since has proven what a great choice we made and what a wonderful purchase the Rogue is for us.\r THANX GUYS!?!?!?!?!? \r more

I would recommend him to ANYONE!?! \r \r Yet great service didn’t stop there…As I prepared to make the purchase my ultimate choice in color and trim was unavailable on their lot. After my sales rep Cory told his sales manager U.V. my dilemma he was on the job. Within minutes the car of my dreams was in route from another dealership to their location. During this time I finalized all my paperwork and a seemingly dreadful task was made incredibly easy and full of laughter with Brian Le, the financial advisor. \r \r This company overly and abundantly exceeded my expectations; I will most defiantly continue purchases with them. Great Experience! 1/18/2011

As a recent college grad and first time car buyer I was a little nervous when I decided to purchase a new Rouge. After looking around online I was contacted by Cory. He was very helpful over the phone so I decided to go in for a test drive. Everyone at Baker Nissan was very helpful and patient as with me as I made my decision and helped me get a good rate on the car I wanted. I love my Rouge and am so happy with my experience at Baker with Cory! more

Worst Dealer in the Houston 3/17/2010

This place is hell full of fat asses showing their attitudes of how good they want to run their business, right from the CEO to the sweeper working here. The worst people I came across during my visit(s) where the service advisors and the cashier lady. Service advisors are rude, and if you get up ask them of how long should it take for a simple oil change, they will say few minutes. And their few minutes is more than 45 minutes. I went for an oil change recently, and it took them 2 hours for that. I saw people coming in after me and going out, and I just sat there for two hours waiting for my car. And when they told me the car is ready, they got me the wrong keys and car!! Can you believe that??And if you fail to respond to the overhead call the cashier makes to you, she's gonna yell at you when you see her. So if you are getting your service here, make sure you don't put your headphones on sitting in the lobby. This is just the summary of one of the many bad experiences I had with this place. Don't want to do business, correctly. 3/7/2010

My husband has a lease on his car and we went into this place looking to turn the car in early so he doesn't go over his mileage. They seemed ""bent"" on not taking the car back, or selling him a used one/helping him buy this one out. They obviously take great pride in someone going over their mileage so they can make an extra buck. This shows poor customer service and shows how tacky this dealership and the other Nissan's in Houston really can be. So, here he sits with this car that is about go to over its mileage and Nissan doesn't want to help him. more
