This place is hell full of fat asses showing their attitudes of how good they want to run their business, right from the CEO to the sweeper working here. The worst people I came across during my visit(s) where the service advisors and the cashier lady. Service advisors are rude, and if you get up ask them of how long should it take for a simple oil change, they will say few minutes. And their few minutes is more than 45 minutes. I went for an oil change recently, and it took them 2 hours for that. I saw people coming in after me and going out, and I just sat there for two hours waiting for my car. And when they told me the car is ready, they got me the wrong keys and car!! Can you believe that??And if you fail to respond to the overhead call the cashier makes to you, she's gonna yell at you when you see her. So if you are getting your service here, make sure you don't put your headphones on sitting in the lobby. This is just the summary of one of the many bad experiences I had with this place. Never gonna go back to this place!
