electrical & air duct cleaning 1/8/2020

On Family Plan had a free home electrical check; found one outlet bad; had it replaced but then charged $150; it's a $20 item with 10 minutes work; did complained and eventually received a $150 credit; also had the system air ducts cleaned - technician only cleaned into the ducts about 3 to 4 ft; was told that the entire system would be cleaned; I believe the technician was in a hurry; I then called other companies and was told the entire duct system will be cleaned; I did emailed Baker Brothers complaining but have not received a reply; if no reply I will write another negative review on my S.W. Arlington "next-door" web-site. My rating for the air-duct cleaning is a 1 star more

Very Knowledgeable 4/16/2019

Julio and his assistant Jay remind me of Batman and Robin. They were very professional, knowledgeable, yet with a nice personal touch. Both knew what they needed to do as they replaced our water heater very efficiently. Julio explained the finer points of our new heater. They left no trash behind. Very clean. Great assets these two, for the Baker Brothers family. Another satisfied customer. more
