I had an old truck that I seldom drove that eventually had to have tires to pass inspection. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and the guys at Baity's set me up with a good set of inexpensive tires. The salesperson was polite and understood immediately that I was shopping on a budget, no pressure to make me spend more than I wanted. The technician pointed out some mechanical issues with the truck that I was aware of, but again, no pressure to let them take care of them. I shopped around quite a bit for a deal and these guys are both competent and inexpensive, a combination that's hard to find these days. more

Myself and my family and most of my friends have been dealing with Baitys for many many years and have never experienced anything except first rate service ,they always have a good selection of tires available and I have shopped their prices all over the triad and they simlpy cannot be beat. more

I read the two negetive comments and it is sad that people can such children. k.s. dated Sept 9, - do you really think they can dammage your car by rotating the tires??? IF you really thing they did something, get another ASME Cert. mechanic to look at it and don't just jump to some dumb conclusions. j.m. dated May 30 - you sound like a #1 Prick and I hope you really think about how being a jerk only hurts you in the long run. If you rims are so important to you, take pictures before and after a tire change so that you know (and don't just assume) that there was dammage and BEFORE the tire mount, talk with the dealer about how special your rims are. Or better yet, be a man and get over it. It's just a car! \r quit being babes and stop crying! more

I've been going to Baity's since I was in High School. They have always taken good care of me , and my cars. Every pair of tires I have ever bought for twelve years have been from them . I even go there for oil changes which I could go else wear for . I agree many customers think that if they argue and scream loud enough they will get what they want. It's sad that businesses most times just give in to stop the slandering. more

It's unfortunate that rebuttal space is not provided when one maligns you & your company so I'll use the review space to respond to jm posted 5/30/09. This company is a corporation and I am the manager. Yes,JM purchased tires; yes, he accused my employees of scratching his wheels. The sale & service managers, the tire tech who changed the tires and I inspected JM's wheels and found no evidence of damage due to work done at Baity's. What JM neglected to state is that unless we repaired his wheels he would do an internet smear campaign against my company, that my 1 snide remark was when I agreed with him about a comment he made about himself, that he wadded up his receipt, threw it at me, then demanded I apologize to him. Most importantly, JM by his own admission demanded and received repairs to his wheels for perceived damage done by the previous business where he purchased his tires. Do we see a pattern here!?! Worst customer service I have ever had, anywhere. The employee, Bobby, who I initially spoke with was awesome, but when I told the owner I thought they scratched 2 of my wheels, he did not take this well. He basically wrote me off, told his wife who works there that they were not going to pay to fix my wheels and then she made 3 snide remarks about me in the argument that followed. Arguments are fine, but don't insult the customer, especially when other customers are around. I made her apologize to me before I signed my bill, and the owner said I if I didn't sign he was calling the cops. This after they had already swiped my credit card. She did apologize, but they made me feel like a criminal, even though I promptly paid my almost $700 bill. My tires are fine, but not worth the potential for being treated like this. Avoid this place. more

My impression of this company is utter disgust. I brought my truck to get a rotation and came out with rim damage and they denied doing the damage and would not compensate me for it. more
