Worst customer service I have ever had, anywhere. The employee, Bobby, who I initially spoke with was awesome, but when I told the owner I thought they scratched 2 of my wheels, he did not take this well. He basically wrote me off, told his wife who works there that they were not going to pay to fix my wheels and then she made 3 snide remarks about me in the argument that followed. Arguments are fine, but don't insult the customer, especially when other customers are around. I made her apologize to me before I signed my bill, and the owner said I if I didn't sign he was calling the cops. This after they had already swiped my credit card. She did apologize, but they made me feel like a criminal, even though I promptly paid my almost $700 bill. My tires are fine, but not worth the potential for being treated like this. Avoid this place.
