We had Back to Perfection clean and shampoo our carpets, which seemed destroyed, stinky, and hopeless from our two pets. I called several companies in town and Back to Perfection definitely gave me the best price. They gave me a fantastic deal and got the job done during a weekend when we were out of town, just like we asked. I could not believe how clean the carpets were when we got back! It was like they were better than new. My wife was so happy. The crew was so nice and even stopped by afterward to thank us for our business. We were referred to this company by our insurance company. In our personal experience, we were very happy that someone came in to "save us" from the water that destroyed our house. Our house was completely restored, but it took MUCH longer than originally estimated, and like the other reviewer stated, this team did not check their own work and had to come back many times to correct their own mistakes. Also, since our house was out of town, we rarely saw them. They're incredibly nice people, but I would not recommend the for a whole house remodel. Many things were lost or misplaced due to their careless placement. Their subcontract painters were incredibly good, but had to come back and touch up after their construction people messed things up. Their furniture refinishing subcontractor is also incredible. Again, they really had the right intentions, just not the execution. I would not hire them again and frankly had we known it would take this long, we could contracted the work ourselve more

This contractor was both slow, had a great lack of detail, never double checked work and ran at a snails pace. I would not recommend using them to have work done in your home. He would send over his sons to do the work that he had layed out but then we would have to clean up after them and question the work that was done. PROS: eventually got done after nagging CONS: very slow and lacks good detail more
