We had Back to Perfection clean and shampoo our carpets, which seemed destroyed, stinky, and hopeless from our two pets. I called several companies in town and Back to Perfection definitely gave me the best price. They gave me a fantastic deal and got the job done during a weekend when we were out of town, just like we asked. I could not believe how clean the carpets were when we got back! It was like they were better than new. My wife was so happy. The crew was so nice and even stopped by afterward to thank us for our business. We were very impressed and would use them again in a heartbeat.
