I called in and wanted to buy a car but I couldn't be above 250 a month. They ran my credit, narrowed down my options from what I told them I was looking for. They called me with 2 cars that would work, so I drove down from Beaverton, drove both cars and ended up with a 2002 330ci and I have to say this car is beautiful. Overall rating for this dealership is 5 out of 5 because of how easy they made it on me. more

I been buying in Salem for years and this is my first time buying from BMW of Salem and they are heads and tails above everyone else. Im impressed, I suggest if youre looking for a car or used truck that you check these folks out. more

Peace of mind buying my car here. Fixed a problem for me 3 weeks after I bought my car, they just said bring it in and they fixed it. They take care of their customers!!! You can't ask for better than that. I've bought cars from other dealerships and it's never like this. They rip you off or scam you into a broke vehicle. I feel like I can do business here again and it's because they didn't try all the same tactics that the other dealerships are known for doing. more

it's funny how when you get bad customer service for so long that you forget what it's like to get truly exceptional high quality customer service. I am stunned at how simple this was. I have bad credit, I had a little money down ( $1000 ) I called and spoke to lance, later I found out he was the general manager. He got his Internet manager to find me a 2003 Honda accord with 60 thousand miles and I got approved. Lance wrote me a letter after thanking me for doing business with them, that's when I found out he was the general manager. He also sent me a Starbucks gift card with a nice note that said "" enjoy your new car and some free Starbucks, from all of us at O'Brien auto group."" these guys rock! Best dealership hands down. Best dealership in Oregon hands down. My family and I will be doing business again more

I drove down from the Portland area to BMW of Salem to pick up a new BMW for my birthday ! Obrienautogroup was able to find my car at another dealer in the Portland area but because of a terrible experience at my local Portland dealer I choose to check out BMW of Salem. Everything was perfect and I couldnt be happier. Lance, Dustin and Jim even put a big red bow on my car when my family and I arrived to see and pickup the car for the 1st time! everything was perfect and I will recommend BMW of Salem to anyone and everyone, they did everything I asked for and then some! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW, honda or a Volkswagen. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I was truly not looking forward to dealing with any funny business and I thought this whole purchase would be stressful but it was exactly the opposite. It was easy and not stressful and it was quick and best of all lance, Dustin and Jim where quick to respond to my calls and emails and truly treated my family and I very well. Best of all Lance the general manager sent me a gift gas card just for making the drive from the Portland area to BMW of Salem to purchase my car. Truly top notch customer service. I just got a new 5 series from BMW Of Salem. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I wish I would have got my last car from them. I called in and asked to talk to the internet department and was quickly transfered to Jeremy who got right down to business and was able to match a price I was given from another dealer in Washington. When I came in they had the vehicle pulled up front it was washed and cleaned and ready to go. I spent a little time with Jeremy he got my info and we signed some paperwork and I was on the road. No BS, no games, nothing like the last time I bought a car. Got exactly what I wanted and didn't spend all day doing it. more
