I drove down from the Portland area to BMW of Salem to pick up a new BMW for my birthday ! Obrienautogroup was able to find my car at another dealer in the Portland area but because of a terrible experience at my local Portland dealer I choose to check out BMW of Salem. Everything was perfect and I couldnt be happier. Lance, Dustin and Jim even put a big red bow on my car when my family and I arrived to see and pickup the car for the 1st time! everything was perfect and I will recommend BMW of Salem to anyone and everyone, they did everything I asked for and then some! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW, honda or a Volkswagen. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I was truly not looking forward to dealing with any funny business and I thought this whole purchase would be stressful but it was exactly the opposite. It was easy and not stressful and it was quick and best of all lance, Dustin and Jim where quick to respond to my calls and emails and truly treated my family and I very well. Best of all Lance the general manager sent me a gift gas card just for making the drive from the Portland area to BMW of Salem to purchase my car. Truly top notch customer service. Making the drive from Portland to Salem was well worth the 30 minutes on i5.
