I am stunned at how simple this was. I have bad credit, I had a little money down ( $1000 ) I called and spoke to lance, later I found out he was the general manager. He got his Internet manager to find me a 2003 Honda accord with 60 thousand miles and I got approved. Lance wrote me a letter after thanking me for doing business with them, that's when I found out he was the general manager. He also sent me a Starbucks gift card with a nice note that said "" enjoy your new car and some free Starbucks, from all of us at O'Brien auto group."" these guys rock! Best dealership hands down. Best dealership in Oregon hands down. My family and I will be doing business again
