Undeserving of your business! I will not be coming back!
I've been having my 2002 F-150 serviced at Future Ford - Roseville for 4 years. Over the 4 years, I've had repairs ranging from a quick service to an engine rebuild. And over the years, my patience and understanding with the service department has waned.
Recently, I made a service reservation and arrived at the time of my appointment. I waited 30 minutes only to watch as they helped another customer that arrived after me. My question is...why make an appointment of they won't honor it. To top it off, the service team is not coordinated and has no clue of what's going on. It's bad enough that they did not honor my appointment, and helped someone else ahead of me, but the service department didn't even acknowledge that I've been waiting 30 minutes. I understand being busy, but they could have sent someone out to at least acknowledge me and give a time frame when an advisor would be available. To increase my angry and disappointment, when I entered the service area, 3 people were standing around and making jokes. This experience is consistent with each visit I've had over the past 4 years, and enough is enough.
The service department needs to get their act together, realize its the customers that keep them in business and stop being indifferent. Judging my the other posts, I'm not alone in my frustration.
To Future Ford - Roseville, say good-bye to a long-term and profitable customer, I won't be back.
FYI, I was going to ask for a quote for bodyshop work and you just lost that business..
