awesome service 2/3/2012

Location: Roseville Service: They are cool. Friendly, coordial. As long as you service my car and make sure it works then I'm a happy camper. Wait time: An oil change will take you about 30-40 mins. They have waitin' areas around the corner, if you want to walk 10 mins than you'll find a john’s pizza soon enough. I've been coming to here since 2009. The service department will get you in and out and they will slap that great sticker on the top left hand corner of your windshield tellin' you when the next time your oil is due for service as well. I'm actually pretty happy with their service. The End. more

Fast and friendly 1/1/2012

I broke my car key, needed a recall repaired, and new wiper blades. I came here, and the service was very friendly. Aside from the uber-expensive new key, I had a good experience. I really don't understand why it costs 140 bucks for a new key, while new wiper blades are only 12 dollars. Alas, a few hours and a hundred bucks later, I can say I was pleased. Fast and friendly service gets me every time. more

This Dealer deserves a great review from me. The best experience I’ve had with any sort of business since I moved to the area 6 months ago. Usually it would take me a few days to a few weeks to buy a car, but here it only took a few hours without a ton of stress. I knew the exact car I wanted and what I wanted to pay, this is the second dealer I visited. Midway ford told me that I was “off my rocker”. Future Ford got it done without demeaning or insulting me. Five Stars all the way! more

A friend introduced Greg and future ford to my family and I, about 6 years ago. My parents were looking to find a small economical car that would fit our budget. Greg took his time to show us numerous options, and no matter how much we liked or disliked a car, he never tried to push us. he went from a used Escape to a New Fusion without complaining once. It took us a week to find an adequate vehicle. His knowledge of cars was extremely useful as well. Five Stars Future Ford! more

Undeserving of your business! I will not be coming back! I've been having my 2002 F-150 serviced at Future Ford - Roseville for 4 years. Over the 4 years, I've had repairs ranging from a quick service to an engine rebuild. And over the years, my patience and understanding with the service department has waned. Recently, I made a service reservation and arrived at the time of my appointment. I waited 30 minutes only to watch as they helped another customer that arrived after me. My question is...why make an appointment of they won't honor it. To top it off, the service team is not coordinated and has no clue of what's going on. It's bad enough that they did not honor my appointment, and helped someone else ahead of me, but the service department didn't even acknowledge that I've been waiting 30 minutes. I understand being busy, but they could have sent someone out to at least acknowledge me and give a time frame when an advisor would be available. To increase my angry and disappointment, when I entered the service area, 3 people were standing around and making jokes. This experience is consistent with each visit I've had over the past 4 years, and enough is enough. The service department needs to get their act together, realize its the customers that keep them in business and stop being indifferent. Judging my the other posts, I'm not alone in my frustration. To Future Ford - Roseville, say good-bye to a long-term and profitable customer, I won't be back. FYI, I was going to ask for a quote for bodyshop work and you just lost that business.. When I first moved to the Roseville the first thing i wanted was a new Fusion after driving around trying to familiarize myself with the area I discovered Future Ford, the landscape looks nice and the service is friendly. One of the things i really liked about the place were the staff, every one of them had a ncie smile and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I have been interested in the Fusion for a while so when a salemen approached me I was ready to talk business, their prices are really reasonable compared to what I have seen back in my hometown and the people in finance are way nicer too more

WOW! This place is really awesome! the people are great and they have a huge selection of cars! I must have seen at least twenty of each model but my favorite was the Focus! I couldnt decide on the red or gray both looked so rad! but the salesman ahd a good point about how darker colors get dirty fast so i went with the red, its more me anyway! I loved the finance guy too he is a realyl funny and nice person and makes the whole experience great! I will definitely be coming back when my lease is up! This was my first buying experience thanks future ford. more

Straight forward and informative 2/27/2011

I had a terrible experience last time i was here, but this was the only daealership that had the car I wanted for the price I could afford. I couldn't afford any extra features but the finance department let me know that there's a complimentery warranty from the actual factory, whicha fter being a customer for 15 years I never knew, so out of 6 dealerships I have bought a car from this was the only one that felt like mentioning the factory offered complimentery warranty. This is why I have to give them five stars because they cared more about my money than their profits. Thank you Future Ford of Roseville! more

Buying a car has always been a drag, but not this time! I’m very happy with Future Ford of Roseville any issue I had, they were real quick to solve it. I bought a new F150, and there was a dent on the side I noticed when I got home. I called the salesman, Rick and he didn’t even question me about it, he simply apologized and asked if I could bring it in to repair the dent or if they wanted me to have them pick it up at my work and drop it off before I get off. How can you beat that kind of service? I didn’t even know such kindness exsisted amongst the car salesmen! I will for sure come back for my next car. more

Exceptional Service, No pressure 1/1/2011

I had a great experience with Future Ford of Roseville. I recently purchased my brand new 2010 Taurus. I wanted that specific car because I have not seen too many around yet, it's beautiful model, and I got the exact pricing that was offered in their ads. The salesman did not make me feel pressured to buy it right away, although I did anyway! I got a low payment for 36 months . But no one was pulling my chain and we just did straight business, which made the overall experience quick and great. I will come back as soon as my lease is up! more

I was surprised from the managers' attentiveness to all of my questions and concerns. he gave me pricing and got me financed all over the phone. I drove up 1 hr to Roseville the next day and arrived to a cleanly detailed 010 Focus I love my new car and I loved driving it home! more
