Not thrilled 3/21/2006

We bought our second Saturn here after being thrilled with the service we'd received at another dealership. After buying a car here, I'm not sure we'll buy Saturn again. We do like the vehicle but the service left a lot to be desired and it wasn't our salesman, it was the entire dealership. We bought the car late one evening and came in the following day to pick it up. It wasn't ready, not even close. So we sat for over an hour waiting when the dealership had had all day to get this car ready. When we were given the keys the floor mats were missing and there were black scuff marks all over the car. Once we got all that fixed we took ownership and drove away. The next day we noticed, no antenna. It was just disappointing and no one really stood up and apologized for it. I got the feeling this happens all the time and they just aren't very concerned. I like my Saturn but didn't enjoy my experience here. more
