Terrible Experience- Everyone BEWARE of this Dealer. I have done business with this dealer since 2001- all BMW were purchased new through them. I have recommended them to friends and family, who also have purchased from them. I agree with Sarah G. in the review above- don't be fooled by their fancy snacks and ratings!!!! They are not locally owned, and do not care about their customers. This dealer kept my BMW for over a month- basic repair and during this time had killed my battery(due to neglect). They charged me $600.00 for the battery that they had ruined. They will lie, cheat, and make excuses instead of taking responsibility. Their prices are inflated and they price gouge their customers. Sarah is correct about the time allowed for basic repair(they kept my BMW X5 for over a month). I talked to Jim Teeter(General Manager), Dahlia(Service Adviser), and Richie(Service Manager)- they are dishonest and will lie to cover their mistakes. This dealer has lost my business- of course they know this. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!! more

I sent in a survey that was misworded yesterday and I would like to change a few things. First I think I stated I had been lied to and I didnt mean that, maybe misunderstood. Jeff was great as was Bob they were very professional. I just think I was overwhelmed and went away with a feeling of being unsure. I hope and pray that I did the right thing with getting the vehicle I got. \r more

My initial contact was Dennis Fletcher, but Wesley conducted the test drive and walked us through all the paperwork. Both were very friendly, yet professional. They answered all our questions and provided us with the information we needed to help us make an easy decision. Dennis went above and beyond! As I live 100 miles away, I asked him for pictures of the bottom of the car - drive train, etc. He sent pictures, but also sent a video going the full length of the bottom of the car, the suspension components, and the engine bay. It was way more than I was expecting, and made me look FORWARD to coming into your dealership. Whereas I normally look forward to visiting a dearlership with the same level of enthusiasm as visiting my dentist! Great job! Best dealer-based car buying experience I've ever had! more

My experience at NWA Volkswagen was great. I was looking at trading in my car for a new one, but was unsure on what type I needed. The salesman that helped me (Wesley Wilkinson) asked several questions to help me decide on the right car. The car was at a different dealership and they were very prompt on getting it to me. When my car came in he made sure I knew how to use all the new features before I left the dealership. It was a great experience! I 'm very happy with my car! more

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! I had the worst experience with this dealership Don’t be fooled by the fancy snacks..you pay for them!. I was charged over $800 to replace spark plugs in my Mini cooper, do a brake fluid flush, and put in new microfilters. However, they felt that they gave me a deal, because they” did not charge me to check on services due, or did they charge me extra for the tow.” Who inflates tow prices?!!! It took over a week to do it as well, only to have my car back for a day and half with service lights on, and back on the tow truck. These people gouge prices, take forever for basic repairs, were not confident in their service to begin with, and have terrible customer service to boot. I never received any communication as to what was going on. It took a co-worker who was friends with the owner, who then got the GM involved to even get any sort of acknowledgement of my situation. I realize that this is not a Mini dealership; however, since I was new to the area I thought BMW was my best bet, since these vehicles are BMW backed! They took no fault on any of this. No apologies. How these people can sleep at night charging over $800 for spark plugs and brake flushes is beyond me. DO NOT send your vehicle here. more
