My initial contact was Dennis Fletcher, but Wesley conducted the test drive and walked us through all the paperwork. Both were very friendly, yet professional. They answered all our questions and provided us with the information we needed to help us make an easy decision. Dennis went above and beyond! As I live 100 miles away, I asked him for pictures of the bottom of the car - drive train, etc. He sent pictures, but also sent a video going the full length of the bottom of the car, the suspension components, and the engine bay. It was way more than I was expecting, and made me look FORWARD to coming into your dealership. Whereas I normally look forward to visiting a dearlership with the same level of enthusiasm as visiting my dentist! Great job! Best dealer-based car buying experience I've ever had!
