Dropped off car at 8.40 to fix brake issue (following safety recall). Its 12.05 and apparently they dont have the part needed in stock to do the repair. N-i-c-e. asked for manager to complain and Ive been waiting 20 minutes to make my complaint. This is bullcrap. Avoid. more

Pitiful Sales and Service 1/10/2012

My experience at BMW of Mt. Laurel was so bad, I cannot convey it in the character limit here. There are reviews under the name "Mount Laurel" versus Mt. Laurel, so I wrote one here as well. I was sold a CPO BMW that would not pass inspection without thousands of dollars in work. It took a month to get BMW of Mt. Laurel to own up to their mistake, and just as long for them to send me my registration and tags (I bought the car out of state). It's a great feeling when you purchase a car that is supposed to be just like buying new, but instead is a 35K paperweight. For more info, please find my full review on other sites under the screen name AlpineWhite135i. My issues with BMW of Mt. Laurel lie with their complete disregard for the guidelines and procedures set forth by BMWNA for offering a car for sale as a CPO vehicle, as well as abysmal customer service. With the cascade of issues I had post-sale, you would think a dealership would work hard to rectify the situation. Instead this dealership basically walked away from the problems they caused, and tried to wash their hands of me, just like the stereotype we all have of the slimy used car dealer that sold you a lemon. BMW of Mt. Laurel takes the "sucker born every minute" approach to selling cars, rather than relationship building. Once they have your money, it's all over. Folks, if you want an accurate assessment how a dealership treats its customers, reading the “good” reviews will give you a false impression, particularly when most of them appear to be written by dealership employees using phony accounts. Look closely at the grammar and sentence structure, and how they all seem to paint the same rosy story of how great the dealership is both sales and service. Is this simply a coincidence? Some say the dealership is “family friendly”. Have you ever encountered a dealership that won't let your wife or kids in? NEVER, therefore they are ALL family friendly! Reviews that employ the use of platitudes to convey a point should be taken with a grain of salt. more

My experience at BMW of Mt. Laurel was so bad, I cannot convey it in the character limit here. BMW Service 6/21/2011

The fast lane for service is just that...fast The service center is always welcoming and clean The coffee and bagels are fresh Even though my cars was service to a T my one complaint was I order two eggs with toast but never got them All kidding aside in the six years that I had my 545i serviced my experiences were first class with the service and the service writer Jim Fleming more

Excellent Experience 6/18/2011

This week I traded in my 2008 328 XI coupe for a 2011 528I. The experience from start to end was top notch and will recommend to my coworkers, family and friends to do business with Desimone BMW of Mt Laurel. Coming from having my 328 being serviced there, I knew that maintenance for the new car was in good hands. The salesman was Mark Kaminski and the assistant who walked us through the many functions of the car as well as overall assistance was Sarah Parker. I went to several other dealers for research i.e. Lexus, Mercedes, and Audi and by far BMW treated my wife and I the best and offered the best deal. They made the decision easy and ending up with one of the best cars on the road. It drives like a dream and getting excellent MPG. Mark did his research (as I did also) so the negotiations were very reasonable and I feel good with every aspect of the process including the finance stuff at the end. I traded my car in and paid the rest cash. Some dealers at the end make this end process very uncomfortable and try to force you to buy extra maintenance programs, tire plans etc. Desimone explained all the plans but were clear that these plans if of interest could be looked into any time while the car was under warranty. A lot of dealers do not do that and make you feel uncomfortable with excess pressure. While Sarah explained all the excellent options of the car, she ensured that both my blackberry and my wife's Iphone were connected to the car and ready for use. This was a big help as well as explaining in detail, the navigation, audio and endless other options. Also knowing that in bad weather that the BMW rubber floor mats come in handy. Sarah and Mark had brand new rubber mats in the trunk ready for use at a later time. So, if you are thinking of trading in a car and getting a new one or certified pre owned one, do your family a big favor and put BMW Desimone on the list. . Respectfully, a very satisfied customer who will be doing business with Desimone for a long time. Ed Cain...... more

Big thanks 2/3/2011

Great job overall throughout the process of completing a routine service on my vehicle. As always, Nick took great care of me. I only needed my vehicle back before 5pm but he was able to have the service completed right around 1pm. That was a pleasant surprise and I am very appreciative of his ability to get the vehicle done even before the time that it was promised. Big thanks to everyone! more

Extremely impressed 12/30/2010

I am so pleased and extremely impressed with my new BMW. All started with the honest and straight forward sales advisor Paul. We had recently leased a 3 series and for my fiance I had an infiniti G37x, I returned it and came back to Paul for this outstanding drive machine. Amazing car, Client Advisor. I will be back to BMW of Mt. Laure for my next car. more

Everyone I dealt with was great! 12/24/2010

Everyone I dealt with was great. I brought my car in for an antifreeze top off and discovered my engine was smoking and my car was leaking. My car was brought in immediately and within an hour I knew what was wrong with my car and was on my way home in a rental. more

A Pleasure to work with 12/3/2010

I like coming into BMW of Mt. Laurel knowing that my client adviser will be there. I like seeing the same faces... I like that the staff (front and back) knows me by name and addresses any issues that I have swiftly. I hope that BMW of Mt. Laurel recognizes the importance of continuity in a more specialized market. Russel Juelg is a great guy - he kept me informed on the delivery status of my vehicle. Moreover, he has assisted me with aftermarket/post delivery items that I asked for. He is very thorough and a pleasure to work with. more
