Bent over backwards to get me a car to test drive 8/6/2010

I am writing only to inform you that a local dealer has provided execptional support for me recently. Namely Russel BMW. They are in the process of helping me try out a new 2010 X5 and the service has been ONLY stellar. Jim Branson's team, specifically A Horrowitz, have bent over backwards to get me a car to test drive, and I had to tell someone. more

The difference in function amazing 7/21/2010

Just wanted to drop a note of appreciation for assistance I received today at your service department from your foreman Gill (hope I spell his name correctly). I was doing something I probably was not suppose to do and in the process I dropped 2 screws into central console of my 2010 5er. Gill was gracious enough to take a few minutes out of his busy schedule and help me fish out the screws. Thanks Gill! more

Professional!!! 7/1/2010

I went into Russel BMW unsure of which car is the right fit for me. I was approached by their friendly salesman, Andre. Andre showed me the selection of vehicles available and sat down to discuss the various features of each car. I end up buying a 2010 BMW 528, it car is great! I appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude and was glad that I didn't feel the pressure to purchase a vehicle, unlike my previous car purchasing experiences elsewhere. I left very satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to purchasing a vehicle from Andre and trust that they will be taken care of. This was the best experience yet. more
