Experience Was Beyond My Expected Standards 1/7/2011

My experience at BMW of Manhattan was beyond my expected standards. I came on and saw all these reviews about them being horrible and even one saying that they hire people to post good reviews. I am one to say I am not a paid person to write this review. My sales person was Daniel and he was very knowledgeable in these brand of vehicles. The sales Manager, Paul Simon later came to check to see how everything was going as i was signing the lease papers to my new BMW. When my oldest turns 16 here shortly, BMW of Manhattan will be the first place I look for her first vehicle. Great Customer Service!! more

In this day and age, good customer service is hard to find, and when you do find someone at an institution that goes out of his way - he shld be recognized. This type of service is truly what differentiates BMW from other makers out there. more

My Service Advisor was Wonderful. He called me to review findings and review pricing which he said he would do. The one day repair was done at my convenience and all work was finished in one day so I did not have to leave my vehicle....I will be back!!! more
