My experience at BMW of Manhattan was beyond my expected standards. I came on and saw all these reviews about them being horrible and even one saying that they hire people to post good reviews. I am one to say I am not a paid person to write this review. My sales person was Daniel and he was very knowledgeable in these brand of vehicles. The sales Manager, Paul Simon later came to check to see how everything was going as i was signing the lease papers to my new BMW. When my oldest turns 16 here shortly, BMW of Manhattan will be the first place I look for her first vehicle. Great Customer Service!!
