I worked with Peter Wohl who I met through his wife, and he treated me with such professionalism and courtesy. He went out of his way to get everything done for me, and get me the car that I wanted and love. Manhattan BMW has great service. Joe Rocker has always gotten my car fixed quickly. Dave gave full information about pricing, discounts etc. before I even showed up. I didn't even need to ask him, even though I would have asked. He was completely open and transparent and gave a great price. That is why I gave him my business. I would highly recommend him. more

Adrian Turek made my purchasing experience exceptional. Complete information on the product and excellent reccomendations regarding options, packages and financing. No nonsense in negotiating the purchase price. Honest disclosure as to delivery date. Appropriate time spent familiarizing me with the car once delivered. I would confidently recommend Adrian and BMW of Manhattan to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW. more

This is the second BMW I have purchased from BMW Manhattan and again the service was excellent. Roy was very accomodating with my schedule and always a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and took care in explaining all the details of the car. Jodi made the process easy and answered all my financial questions thoughtfully. Grace was very pleasant when i initially called the dealership with questions. I made a trip into NYC just to speak with her in depth regarding switching over to bmw. She sat with me and answered all of my questions, presented me with options and i ended up walking out of the dealership with a new lease contract on my 2011 x6. Grace was again helpful when i needed documents emailed to my insurance company, and emailed the documents over immediately. I look forward to working with her again in the future. more

I found the salesman to be very helpful. He spent as much time with me as I needed, answered all of my questions and did not try to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. Negotiating the price was also easy and pleasant. The actual purchase and pick up of the car took much less time than I have experienced at dealerships for other car brands. more

Exceptional 6/13/2011

Milan was exceptionally professional and kind. He really worked with us to get a good price on the truck. He saw my partner and I at late hours in the evening and stayed longer to see us long after his work hours. Milan also assisted us in the registration process from NY to Mass which can be complicated. He is very well versed in the BMW products, and demonstrates a boat load of knowledge. He is a great guy. And although I'm living in MA., I will be back to this BMW dealer, to purchase my next vehicle from Milan. more

I was so pleased with the amazing customer service David Tannenbaum displayed The entire experience was enjoyable and I would absolutely refer my friends and family to Manhattan BMW and ofcourse David. Dave was a great listener and always conducted himself in the most profession and courteous manner . Dave has set the bar so high and I will definitely be returning and do business with Dave. I would recommend this dealership. Mr. Daniel Micu, the Client Advisor, was patient enough to explain to us various options offered. As this is our first car in the US, he helped us went through all the process and answered all our questions. The service provided is excellent. more

I think these guys are writing their own reviews. Beware. Have had my X5 serviced there. Would never go back. Unreliable and untrustworthy to say the least. Who remembers the name of their advisor unless you are writing your own reviews. more

Peter is a great salesman. He was extremely helpful and ran through everything I needed to know about the car. The whole dealership was very kind and helpful. I find it great that the service department is located I'n the dealership and I do not have to go far for it . more
