Job well done 6/16/2014

BK Floors to Go is excellent. They were prompt and knew what they were doing. They were very neat in their process and communicated quite well. They installed a backsplash for our kitchen and we were impressed with their workmanship. It was very difficult to find someone to do the job and we were happy to have hired BK Floors To Go for it. The service was worth every penny and we're planning to use them again to install new flooring in the future. more

It went well. They did a good job, were friendly and courteous. 5/9/2014

Everything went okay with BK Floors to Go except that we have carpeting that has never arrived for a part of the job that has yet to be completed. We called them and haven't heard back for 10 days. Other than that, everything else went fine. They were prompt, on time, and very friendly. It was a really big job since it was the entire house, and they were fabulous in terms of laying the flooring and etc. more

Honorable work 5/5/2014

BK Floors To Go is a wonderful flooring provider. We hired them to replace our laminate flooring and they did a terrific job. Karen was very responsive with a quote and informative with showing us our options and suggesting us cost-efficient products. We had shopped around a little bit and BK Floors To Go gave us the most reasonable price. Their workmanship was excellent and most importantly, they completed the job on time. They were very professional and cleaned the job up extremely well. This was our first time using them and we'd recommend them highly. more

BK Floors to Go took care of us.They are very helpful in all aspects of sales experience. They are very knowledgeable, and they helped us design the shower in our bathroom. Fantastic attention to detail 4/30/2014

BK Floors to Go is superb. Their prices are very competitive and we loved their selection. We got a great deal on a beautiful bamboo floor and the installation went seamlessly. The installers were very thorough with explaining the process and were committed to doing a good job. They hauled all of our old flooring away and cleaned up exceptionally well when the job was done. There isn't a single spot of the flooring that we don't like. I'm really pleased with their service and would strongly recommend them. more

Great service and selections 4/28/2014

We had BK Floors To Go put in a laminated wooden floor in our home. we loved it so much that a year later we had another floor put in in another room. The owner happens to be my husband's cousin, but even when we went in there and the other workers didn't know who we were, we still got great service. Everybody working there is very friendly. They are very careful when they work. The showroom in the store itself is also great, as there's lots of displays that show what it actually looks like on the floor, which is nice. They have some great selections. more

Great product 1/28/2014

We used BK Floors to Go for the first time. They were recommended to us by some of my inlaws, who used their service and were happy with them. Every time we talked with BK Floors they were very polite. We worked with them to set up the date for the installation of our new floors. The installers were good. A couple of guys came out to install the floors, and they really took the time to get it done. They did the work during some inclement weather, and the floors turned out beautifully. The only reason I rated them low was that we never got a call back from them. When we would call, and they'd say they would call us back, they never did. We were always having to call them. That's the only thing that stands out as a negative. The product is really great, and the installer did a great job. We would go back to them just because of the quality of the product and the job the installers did. more

I went down to BK Floors to Go and picked out the carpet that I liked. They took care of me well, answering any question that I asked and were very generous on the pricing. The installers they sent out were very friendly as well and did a really nice job. The carpets look fantastic! more

I would recommend BK Floors to Go to all of Evansville! 1/23/2014

My experience with BK Floors to go was fantastic! They put a new vinyl flooring in my kitchen, a small hallway, and a bathroom. They also put crown molding all around and also carpeting throughout the rest of the house. They helped me out a great deal in choosing which flooring would match my cabinets and countertops. Brian, the owner, was wonderful. He's got a fabulous way of dealing with people. He worked with me and helped me make my selection. George, too, was so kind and more than willing to go beyond the service for me. One day I spent two hours at their showroom looking at the different types of vinyl. I let them know that I wanted flooring in more neutral tones but also flooring that would be good for animals. They allowed me to take as many samples home with me as I wanted. I never felt rushed. What they came up with for me in the end was beautiful. The floor installers came through for me with flying colors. They showed me nothing but kindness. They really tried their best to satisfy me, and they were more than willing to answer any questions that I had with a smile. It was practically like having your best friends in your home doing a job for you. The entire experience was wonderful. I can't say enough good things. Brian and his group were fantastic and went out of their way for me. In a way, they are like family to me now. I would recommend BK Floors to Go in a heartbeat to anyone and everyone. more

Truly some of the best service we have ever seen! 12/5/2013

The people we dealt with at BK Floors to Go were exceptionally knowledgeable. Their selection was huge with lots of variety. There was nothing they didn't have. They were extremely helpful as we made our selections, and they provided us with all of the answers to our questions. They were so polite and very willing to work with us. We had them install flooring in our entire kitchen, our utility room, and our bathroom. The professionalism of the installers was incredible. They were also extremely polite, courteous, and knowledgeable in what they were doing. They had no problem taking our old floors out and putting the new floors in. We were so pleased with how everything turned out. Even guests who see our flooring ask about who we got it done by. We always let them know how exceptional our experience with BK Floors To Go was. We would highly recommend them and would absolutely use their service again. They have well-trained people working there. All of them were wonderful. The service is excellent -- truly some of the best we have ever seen. We have no complaints. We can't say enough good about this company. more

Helpful salespeople and friendly, professional installers. 11/14/2013

I can't say enough good about my experience with BK Floors to Go. I used them to buy new kitchen and bathroom flooring in my home. The selection in their showroom was very good. Sometimes, it felt like there were too many great options to choose from! Sarah worked with me to make my selection. She was great. Everyone at this company was very nice and helpful. The installers did a very good job. It took them 3 days to complete everything. They always arrived promptly. They were also friendly and courteous. They tidied up after their work, and I had no problems with the floors after they were done. You probably couldn't go wrong if you choose to purchase flooring from BK Floors to Go. I would recommend them. more

BK Floors to Go did a very professional job. 11/12/2013

We had a bad experience with a previous flooring job and so we obviously did not want to go with the previous flooring people. We wanted to have the same type of wood flooring done. We called BK Floors to Go and they came out to assess the situation. They recommended sub-flooring other than what we had. They were punctual: they said they were coming at a certain date and they came on a certain date. They were on the job, did what they said they were going to do, and the personnel that put the flooring down were professional with how they applied the flooring. They were also very personable. Most important of all, the job was done well and looks excellent. We've gotten a lot of compliments on the new flooring. They're about to do another job for us. I guess that's the best compliment: when you call them back. As far as pricing, they were pretty reasonable in comparison to others. They weren't the highest on the scale. more

I you want good service, go to BK Floors to Go. 9/30/2013

I bought all the materials from BK Floors to Go and installed them myself. I was installing flooring in our kitchen and bathrooms, as well as engineered flooring all through the house. The new flooring looks really good. My experience at the store was good. Everyone there was great. I had bought carpeting from them about seven years ago. We had real good service from them then, so we have continued buying from them. more

It was easy! 8/21/2013

BK Floors to Go made my life simple. I had gone to Home Depot and they weren't so great and weren't going to work with me. We remodeled in the house and needed new flooring in my laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, and entrance way. They had to redo part of the floor, which was the main reason Home Depot wouldn't do the job. The guy from BK who did it told me he had been doing this for 45 plus years. He was great. He did it in a day and a half. And they're decently priced. more

BK Floors to Go put in bathroom flooring for us. It looks really good. The installer was just a really nice, helpful guy. We are hopefully going to have him do the back bathroom floor too. He was efficient, helpful, and caring. He had to move appliances out to put the flooring in and it all went real well. They're very nice people. We're very happy we found them. They're kind of off the side of the road. We had very well given up. People wouldn't help us, but they did. We tried two or three other places that couldn't really work with us too much. We were getting kind of frustrated. But then we found BK Floors to Go and they had all the answers for us. They just came in and did it for us. more

BK Floors to Go did some work for me a couple years ago, putting hardwood flooring in my living room. After this work was done, I recommended them to my daughter when she wanted hardwood installed in her whole house. I'm now using them again to get hardwood flooring in my bedroom. more

We have used BK Floors to Go a few times. They were very competitive on their price, I liked that I was dealing with the owner and the installation was done well and held up well the first time. We purchased flooring and they installed it for us both times, the first time they did laminate and now they are doing carpet, vinyl, and hardwood for your new home. more

Completely satisfied with the value of their product and the installation 6/7/2013

BK Floors to Go put hardwood floors into the foyer, living room, and hallways of our home. They did an excellent job. The installer went out of his way to make the corner look a little fancier and curved the corner off the top a bit. We are continuing to use their service for the bedroom. I've already recommended them. We've told folks that the prices are very reasonable. They aren't cheap nor expensive. The craftsmanship of the installers was excellent and they are very friendly. Customer satisfaction is a high priority on their list. more
