Review content:
We used BK Floors to Go for the first time. They were recommended to us by some of my inlaws, who used their service and were happy with them. Every time we talked with BK Floors they were very polite. We worked with them to set up the date for the installation of our new floors.
The installers were good. A couple of guys came out to install the floors, and they really took the time to get it done. They did the work during some inclement weather, and the floors turned out beautifully.
The only reason I rated them low was that we never got a call back from them. When we would call, and they'd say they would call us back, they never did. We were always having to call them. That's the only thing that stands out as a negative. The product is really great, and the installer did a great job. We would go back to them just because of the quality of the product and the job the installers did.
