D- All around. Horrible customer service, we had to deal with very rude people who don't understand how important client satisfaction is. After one month we still have not received the paperwork we need to fill our claim to the insurance company. When we called to complain to their manager about the current situation, the supposed manager was as rude and unhelpful as the previous guy we were working with. Safe your time! more

We came Home from a weekend away to find that the water line to our ice maker had come loose, and poured water thru the House for about 2 days. Our house had enough water in it to fill a swimming pool! We came home to a tragic situation a few months ago, where a toilet supply hose busted and had flooded both stories of our Home. We were devastated, and got on the internet and called Bionic Emergency Services, a Houston water damage restoration company. They came out at 11 pm at night, and by the next day had our house drying and everything that needed to be removed out of the house. They worked for 20 straight hours before they ever took much of a break. We chose to use them to mitigate the water damage to our House in Houston, and we also let them build it back and restore it.
