I was rear ended on August 15, 2014 by one of their employees, in their company truck, on the Sam Houston toll road. It was clearly their drivers fault. I spoke to one of the managers and he asked to let him pay for damages out of his pocket. He did not want it reported to his insurance company. Come to find out after hiring a attorney, the said vehicle has never been insured by the insurance company on the ID card.
To this date, my vehicle's damage and my medical has not been fixed or paid. My attorney cannot get a straight answer.
It begs to question, if this business has uninsured vehicles, is their company insured?
One would have to ask before hiring them to do a job.
