Last week I was very stressed out because of a washing machine overflow. I called Bionic Emergency Services to help me out and they did a great job! They calmed me down and made sure I knew I was in great hands. They worked very hard to restore the damage. It now looks as if nothing ever happened! Great staff! 4/30/2020

I had an accident and smoke damage was caused in my kitchen, thankfully I had already previously worked with Bionic Emergency Services so I gave them a call again! As always they provided great customer service and were able to help me right away. They have so much experience in this that they were able to fix it in no time, and no lie it looks better then before! Great work thank you! more

Positive experience! 3/12/2020

I was very concerned about a leak on my roof so when I got an estimate from Bionic Emergency Services I decided for them to come and get it fixed for me. They have very affordable prices compared to other companies, and can I mention the work they do is nothing but quality work. They are very well experienced, they got here and completed the repair quickly! I no longer have any water coming into my home the best! more

Amazing services 2/27/2020

Bionic Emergency is such a helpful company. I was in complete distress after a small fire damaged an area of our home. The lady on the phone was so kind and understanding, and she scheduled to come to my house that day. Once he arrived he was also really considerate and understanding towards my trauma and distress. I am so grateful to have called these guys, not only did they repair all the damage the fire had caused, they were really great with handling me in my shaken state of mind at the time. more

Bionic Emergency is simply quick, reliable, and budget friendly. I had a leak in my roof, and they had it taken care of within a day. They cleaned all the issues the leak had caused and closed it completely so no more water came into my home. They are very professional and really know what they are doing. Great 2/4/2020

The team sent from Bionic Emergency were very responsive. We had water damage and leaking in our crawl space, and we couldn’t find where it was coming from. Not only did they clean the job, but they came back again as a courtesy to try to find the source which they did. Experienced and proactive workers. more

Glad they could get to me so quickly the flooding had finally stopped when the plumber cut off the main pipes. But the damage had already been extensive. They have a great team with a selection of options depending on the recovery plans necessary. more

I am truly amazed by the professionalism, speed, compassion from Bionic Emergency Services. In my 15 years of being a homeowner and having several situations I’ve never been treated so well by a company that truly cared about my situation. Their technicians and maintenance crew are a wonderful group of people to work with. I guarantee you will not be sorry in hiring this company, to come in and take care of you in your hour of need. I hired them to clean up the mess that my son had made literally. My son left the tub running one day by accident when we went to the store so my whole house was flooded. Bionic came in and dried it all up and even followed up with me weeks later to make sure that there was no mold growing anywhere. Great company!! more

Traffic Accident 10/7/2014

I was rear ended on August 15, 2014 by one of their employees, in their company truck, on the Sam Houston toll road. It was clearly their drivers fault. I spoke to one of the managers and he asked to let him pay for damages out of his pocket. He did not want it reported to his insurance company. Come to find out after hiring a attorney, the said vehicle has never been insured by the insurance company on the ID card. To this date, my vehicle's damage and my medical has not been fixed or paid. My attorney cannot get a straight answer. It begs to question, if this business has uninsured vehicles, is their company insured? One would have to ask before hiring them to do a job. more

Horrible customer service 6/26/2013

D- All around. Horrible customer service, we had to deal with very rude people who don't understand how important client satisfaction is. After one month we still have not received the paperwork we need to fill our claim to the insurance company. When we called to complain to their manager about the current situation, the supposed manager was as rude and unhelpful as the previous guy we were working with. Safe your time! more

Awesome company that really did a great job with what happened to our basement. I was pretty sure that we were done for with the kind of water damage done to it. However, I was really amazed at the work you guys did. Truly impressive and thank you so much for your help. From the moment the guys from Bionic Emergency Services arrived at our home after our home filled with water from a sewage line backup that we could not get stopped, we felt like we were in the hands of professionals. They provided excellent response, service that we don't think could get any better, and took time to answer our questions, and eliminate our concerns. We would suggest Bionic Emergency Services to anyone, and you should call them if you need help with water damage in your Home. more

Very pleased 5/11/2011

After a frozen pipe burst and flooded our home they were quick to respond and explain all that needed to be done. I had no idea there was as much water damage as there was because so much of it was hidden. Bionics took care of us from start to finish. Not only did they get things dry they did a wonderful job on the rebuild which included cabinet work, wood floors, paint, brick work, etc, and even helped us with the insurance process. Quality work and fair prices. more

These guys dried out our house fast! 4/15/2011

We had a 2nd story bathtub that leaked and got our entire kitchen ceiling, walls and cabinets wet. We did not know what to do or who to call!! Our plumber told us about Bionic Water Damage Services, and we are incredibly pleased with how painless they turned what seemed like a tragedy into. They dried our house fast, and now they are assisting us with our insurance claim, and getting our House and Kitchen restored like new again. These guys are very professional, and very reliable. From their nice looking uniforms, and the covers they wore to protect our floors, this company knows how to treat a customer. more

Incredible Response Time - Will Use Again! 4/7/2011

The response time from the initial call was incredibly quick. Everyone took time to explain the proceedure and what to expect. All the gentleman that came to help were professional and very nice. Thanks For Drying Our Home! 3/16/2011

We came Home from a weekend away to find that the water line to our ice maker had come loose, and poured water thru the House for about 2 days. Our house had enough water in it to fill a swimming pool! We made one call and Bionic Emergency Services water damage company in Houston, came out and a crew of men started removing and drying the water and our House. They were fast, efficient, helped us file an insurance claim, and took excellent care of us. We would suggest anyone to use Bionic Emergency Services. They dried out our House, and also helped us rebuild the inside and our House looks like new again. Thank you so much! more

Excellent Service - Great Company! 2/9/2011

When a hard freeze hit the Houston area, we called this water damage restoration company, Bionic Emergency Services, and they arrived literally in a matter of minutes. They also helped me file my claim to my insurance company and walked me through the claim process. Their service was invaluable in saving my home! If you experience any water damage in the Houston area, they will come out and extract the water and set up their water damage drying equipment and get your house back in order in no time. They also worked with my insurance company and assisted me in negotiating my claim and my house now looks better than ever. Bionic Emergency Services is a great water damage restoration and water damage drying company serving all of us that live in the Houston area. Call them when you have a water damage situation. more

Don't bother 1/22/2011

These people were quick to respond to the water mitigation that needed be done but after they collected the deductible you couldn't get a hold of them. No paperwork was provided nor were phone calls answered or messages returned. Next time I will go directly thru the insurance company for a recommendation and not thru the plumber. more
