Serpentine belt breaks 12/4/2015

While traveling I was 11 miles outside of Branson Mo. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed with a car limping in. Sharron was kind enough to take me to a hotEl and pick me up the next day. They had my car fixed by noon so I could continue my travels. more

Car Repair 11/15/2015

This was my first visit to B.A.T. Boys, and I was extremely happy with the professionalism of their entire service department. From the first phone call to the final check out, I knew I could truly trust them to provide good quality service. They had the part I needed for my repair, and they saved me a lot of money on this repair compared to what the dealership was going to charge me. I will definitely return to B.A.T. boys for car service in the future. more

Excellent Customer Service 10/15/2015

The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I dropped my car off and came back for it. It was ready for pick-up when I returned. I had to reset my service light myself, but not a major issue as I already knew how. The pricing was par to other places that I have had my MINI serviced. I will definitely use them again. more

we were in branson on vacation and the alternator in my car went out. they were able to get the car fixed in a couple of days. Even with having to order the part from Oklahoma City. The only problem was on the way home the cover on the bottom of the car lost 2 bolts and dragged all the way to Houston. Even with that I really appreciated all they did for us. more
